“Expressions” represent the latest phase in my journey as an artist. Moving from the reality of stylized, illustrative figures to non-objective work, I have arrived at a point where I relish the freedom and exhilaration of pure abstraction. One through line connects all these phases: an intrinsic adherence to the principles of good design: dynamic action, repetition of color and shape, and informal balance.
